Frequently asked questions

What happens after I register?

You'll receive the pre-work to get prepared, including reminders to the session and how to join. Then we'll reconvene for the live, virtual implementation co-working. Dates will be added to the event calendar.

Can I request a different date if I can't make it?

Yes, if there's enough interest (5+), I'll look at scheduling additional Austral-Asia friendly session. Let me know if you'd like to be notified about those by sending an email with the subject line [WSTS-Live Austral-Asia] to hi[at]theactionalchemy[dot]com

What if I can't attend the session live?

While I highly recommend attending live ASAP so you can get the push you need to get things done and implementation guidance, you'll still get lifetime access to the upcoming Co-Working Zone. You can tune in afterward and implement it at your convenience. And you still have access to the recordings

How long will I have access to the recordings?

30 days after each coworking session. And you have UNLIMITED access to the recording in a separate portal to be announced mid-May

I have a different email service provider than what's suggested. Can I still attend?

Absolutely! The done sequence can be uploaded to any Email Service Provider (ESP) of your choice.

Do you offer a refund?

No. Since the value delivered for the price announced at this specific page is incredible, sales are final. If you couldn’t attend this implementation session, you have UNLIMITED access to all future implementation coworking sessions and can attend any of the upcoming sessions at your convenience.
